Written by: thedroop Create CS 1.6 Custom Spray w/ Wally & Tutorial Get the BEST quality CS 1.6 Spray possible with my tutorial I created this tutorial because I have had so many people asking me how to do this. There are not many turorials online & the ones that are online are very vague & just end up confusing people. I made this tutorial SO simple... if you can still not figure out how to create a custom spray after this... Just give up. Note: This is 1.6 only. No shitty source guides here. DOWNLOAD WALLY:
 1. First you will need a graphic design program such as photoshop & Wally (listed above). Spray sizes must be divisible by 16 or they will NOT work. Here are spray sizes that are acceptable.
2. After you create your image you MUST SAVE it as a .bmp File! Save this file as "gg.bmp" & Save this .bmp file to YOUR desktop.
3. Now Open Wally, File >> New
4. You MUST select Half-Life Package [wad3] [.wad]
5. Now Package >> Add Images...
6. A window will open, Enter what you see. Then hit "go"
7. If you did what I said, you should see this, Hit ok: If you do not see this... or says it can't find the file... start over
8. Now you should see something like this in your wally program.
9. Double click the icon that you see now. (the little square w/ your spray)
10. After you double clicked the little square, A larger version should have opened Like shown above.
11. Now go to Colors >> Edit Palette...
12. Enter what you see above.
13. Most of the time after you set the color pallets, some white will turn blue. If nothing has turned blue, skip the next step 2 steps & go to file save & close the larger window that opened displaying your spray.
14. To fix the blue that turned white, select Colors >> Translate Colors...
15. Enter what you see above. Hit ok. Note: You may STILL SEE the blue after you do this, do not worry this will not show in the spray if you did this step. However if you do skip THIS step then the blue will show up in your spray. 16. Now, go to File >> Save & you can now close the larger window that opened displaying your spray.
17. You now should be back to this display. You are almost done! To go File >> Save As & save this file to your desktop as "tempdecal.wad" Now close Wally. ALMOST done. Find this file located on your desktop & RIGHT CLICK on this file & go to Properties & select "Read-Only" As displayed below:
YOU must make this file read-only or it will not work!!! Now, take this file & place this into your cstrike folder: Steam\steamapps\your_account_name\counter-strike\cstrike If it asks to overwrite, hit yes. DONE!!! Open cs, create a lan game & test your new spray!!! NOTE: Sometimes it takes 1-3 sprays for the spray to display. NOTE: If you DID everything & your spray is STILL not working, Try this. (In rare cases this may happen) Delete the file "custom.hpk" located in your cstrike folder. This file saves all the sprays you have seen or uses - sometimes conflicts cause custum spray problems. Â I created this tutorial to be SO simply & easy... If you still can not figure out how to create a spray... Idunno what to do but slap you! If you have any questions or concerns PM me or drop a message below. Â

Hey, Mug. Wally doesn't have .wad capability, it's saving the required .bmp as another .bmp, what's this?
